Refunds

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you would like a refund, for any reason, you may email us at office@worklifew.com.

All refund requests must be emailed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to office@worklifew.com. In the email, please include your name, scheduled consultation time, and reason for refund.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling an appointment can be done by emailing office@worklifew.com. Please reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

In the email, please include your name, original appointment date and time, as well as two dates and times that work for you and are available on the “Book a Consultation” page calendar.
